As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.

Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent

Deposit: 5 weeks rent

During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)

Payment of £50.00 including VAT if you want to change the tenancy agreement

Payment of interest for late payment of rent, which is calculated at a rate of 3 % above the Bank of England’s base rate

Payment for reasonably incurred costs due to the loss of keys/security devices

Payment of any unpaid rent and other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy. Should the tenant wish to vacate the property during a fixed term this is only possible with the landlord's consent. There will then be a charge to the tenant of £250 which is payable to the agent.
