I rented a property from Cornwall Homeseekers for 18 months which was much more affordable than other properties viewed, accepted pets, and was also bigger than other properties viewed for a more expensive rental price. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, particularly being very cooperative when moving out and our house completion didn't go through in time. I found Cornwall Homeseekers much easier to get hold of for property maintenance issues than larger letting agents and no nasty surprises at check out with petty damages being discounted from the security deposit than the same larger letting agents. Would definitely recommend and thank you for a great tenancy!!!
